When you contact us, or sign up for text messages, we collect the information you give us: your name, your phone number, your email address if you provide one, the property or unit you are asking about, and the content of your messages and calls with us.
When you call or text one of our business numbers, our phone system records the date and time, the phone numbers involved, how long the call lasted, and who at our company handled it.
We record telephone calls for quality, training and record-keeping. You will hear a spoken notice at the start of any recorded call. If you do not wish to be recorded, tell the person you are speaking to and they will make other arrangements.
To manage your tenancy or property: answering your questions, handling maintenance requests, arranging appointments, sending account and rent notices, and keeping records of what was agreed.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share mobile phone numbers or text message consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information is shared with anyone except the service providers that operate our phone and messaging system on our behalf, and they may not use it for their own purposes.
We keep records for as long as we manage your property or tenancy, and afterwards for as long as the law and our insurers require.
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to stop texting you. Reply STOP to any text message, or contact us using the details below.
Our phone and text numbers cannot reach 911 or emergency services. In an emergency, call 911 from a phone able to reach emergency services.
